3.1 Service Description

The AI Revenue Leak System provided by 60Second Revenue System helps businesses identify, analyze, and recover lost revenue by auditing lead capture workflows, automating follow-up sequences, and optimizing sales conversion funnels.

Our services include:

·       Automated messaging, follow-up workflows, and missed-call text-back systems

·       Integration and setup of marketing automation tools

·       Ongoing monitoring and reporting of lead response rates and funnel performance

·       Marketing automation strategies and services designed to increase revenue

3.2 No Guarantees or Warranties

While our services are designed to improve operational efficiency, speed to lead, and client conversion, we do not guarantee specific monetary gains, minimum revenue recovery amounts, or precise conversion rates.

Performance varies depending on industry, market conditions, existing lead volume, sales team execution, and third-party software performance.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

·       Providing accurate business data, necessary system access, API credentials, and timely feedback for system configuration

·       Complying with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning telemarketing, automated messaging, consumer consent, and data privacy, including TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable

·       Maintaining valid subscriptions for third-party software integrated into their systems

·       Promptly notifying us of system downtime, workflow changes, or operational changes affecting performance 60Second Revenue System is not responsible for client misuse, regulatory noncompliance, negligence, or disruptions resulting from changes to third-party platforms beyond our control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3.4 Cancellation & Termination Policy

End Users / Leads: Contacts and subscribers may unsubscribe from automated SMS or email communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided, such as replying STOP to a text message or clicking an unsubscribe link in an email.

Clients: Clients may cancel, pause, or terminate their services according to the terms of their individual service agreements or by submitting written notice to 60Second Revenue System, subject to any applicable contractual obligations.

3.5 Modifications to This Agreement

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our operations, technology, services, or legal obligations.
